File Review

We’ll review the 1003, income calc’s, asset statements and credit report to give you a second set of eyes and mitigate any potential qualifying issues on the front end. We’ll also align the file with AUS findings and pre-underwrite prior to submission to ensure a clean approval.

Disclosures

UCP will prepare & deliver or oversee initial disclosures, Change in Circumstances, Closing Disclosures and final loan documents depending on the chosen lenders policy. We’ll track signatures and follow up with clients to ensure your file stays ahead of schedule in processing.

Appraisal

UCP manages the appraisal process from beginning to end and stays on top of Appraisal Management Companies. We are laser focused on meeting contract deadlines and rate lock agreements. We also keep an eye out for solar loans, leases and other property related items.

Underwriting

UCP’s experienced processors are trained to have a loan officer mentality. We fight to get loans approved, look for solutions to problems, and will often correct inexperienced underwriters on required doc’s to ensure your client has the best experience possible.

Milestone Updates

We are familiar with many industry leading Point of Sale solutions and can use your preferred vendor to update you, partners, and clients with milestone progress and obtain ongoing document/condition requests from borrowers.

Post Close File

Once we’ve closed the loan, a fully compliant digital file including all state and federal requirements is prepared for you. We go the extra mile by sending a Thank You & Referral Request Letter to the customer with 3 of your business cards.
